"The pool area needs a little bit of improvements, such as lunges chairs and some repainting but besides that the all place is great. Cleanliness, staff, restaurant. And what a charming idea to have included a station of the “ petit train du Charlevoix” right in the property! We will come back for sure!"

mon plus gros bemol concerne lhote peu present et receptif au besoin (jaurais voulu aller teletravailler le vendredi apres midi car javais reserver du vendredi au lundi inclusivement. il faut dire que le chalet netait pas loue du mercredi au vendredi) cependant je me suis fait repondre des message copier coller a 2 reprises pour me faire dire quil ne peut rien faire (jaurais apprecie quil communique avec lequipe dentretient menager pour valider si ca aurait ete possible darriver a lavance). A mon avis, il semble utiliser la loi du moindre effort.
