「Unfortunately there was heavy fog and the ferry was over booked. I called the hotel and the staff told me no one spoke English . Because of this issue no one was able to help me and cxl my reservation. For me to get I. The ferry it would have taken me an extra 5 hours until I would get to the hotel.
