"Due to the nature of my job, I travel abroad for business every week, and I think this hotel would be in my top ten worst hostels I have ever stayed at. The condition of the hotel itself wasn't bad, but some of the staff (at reception) were completely unprofessional. Their reaction was essentially, "Refunds aren't available according to policy, so what are you supposed to do about it?" Furthermore, when I requested a room upgrade (paying extra), they demanded double the cost of rebooking the room. Their attitude is incomprehensible."

"I keep going back to Eastwood city Richmonde Hotel to stay everytime I am in the Philippines. All the Staffs are great. Hotel is clean with easy access to the mall and multiple good restaurants. ".The breakfast service needs clearer instructions on how to order custom egg preparations (such as omelettes or sunny-side-up eggs). I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask my server for clarification"
