「泊まる全ての日のサービス料を払ってるのに 掃除は３日に1回のみ！タオルだけでも交換して欲しかったので連絡すると掃除の時にしかできないと返事が…返信はすぐ帰ってくる時もあるが1日ないとかもあります。 部屋の掃除は部屋に誰かいないとやってくれないので何時間か待つか遊んでても戻ってこないといけない 周りにはSMモールとかスーパー。コンビニがあり長期滞在もしやすい！ 周辺の宿泊施設より安いので 節約旅行ならいいと思うw」

「Great place and very affordable, Benji was super helpful and hospitable. Only cons is that the walls were not fully clean (not filthy by any means) and the freezer was clogged (needs defrosting). 」

「I love staying here. It a cute clean cozy little condo. Ive been in philippines for 20 days so far. I booked it for a week. Went to another hotwk after my week. Didnt like the hotel an came right back here. This place was very convenient an safe. Id definitely recommended it to anyone. 」

「I like the view at the veranda facing the swimming pool area. Unfortunately the unit itself is not quite orderly. The tile floor is broken, no microwave to use if you need to warm up your food , washer is also not usable coz they said it’s defective. The veranda door is also broken. Cleanliness of the room isn’t ideal, the rugs used looks dirty and the floor underneath the rug was dirty. The aircon isn’t working that well. Bedsheets and towels should at least be changed since we’ve stayed there...

「I liked that 4 large malls were about a 19 minute walking radius. Lots of restaurants to choose from if you are into authentic Asian foods. Security guards are there 24/7 and we flet veey safe.」

「It's very hard to find parking in the area. The property parking is very limited and always full during the weekend.」

「Comfortable condo with everything you need. Nice pool.」

「Noli was very helpful in getting through the minor issues that popped up. Initially wifi wasnt fully working and Noli was able to help us get it working within two hours. Helped us in person for pool access and was flexible in our checkin and checkout times. Made the trip very enjoyable for family.」

「First and foremost, wonderful host! The place is very clean and spacious. Easy walk to the mall, restaurant and grab and go food. The place is complete with amenities you need for extended stay or short term. We will stay here again when in town. 」

「Paid parking. We were quoted higher than the posted parking price. Roaches in the room, and difficulty contacting the person in charge of our room. We refused to stay in the condition we found the room in, and were refused a refund. I absolutely will never go to this place again! Pool is closed Mondays as well. Worst experience ever.」

「the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? 」

「Always enjoy statying at this facilities. Frankly hotel break fast choice is limited comparing other luxury hotels, but there are plenty of choice of restaurants nearby. 」
