Welcome to Matau Crest, a private and peaceful retreat in Queenstown’s sought-after Fernhill neighbourhood. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is perfectly designed for families or groups, with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains.

Enjoy open-plan living that flows seamlessly to a sun-soaked courtyard with a pizza oven, BBQ, and outdoor dining. A newly added deck features a Stoked Spa pool, outdoor shower, and panoramic lake views — the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Queenstown.

Each downstairs bedroom opens onto a private courtyard, offering both privacy and connection to nature, whilst the upstairs primary suite offers expansive views of the Remarkables. Great spot but steep stairs

Really pretty gardens, patio and view. The bedrooms were on the bottom floor which was indicated but what was not made clear is that to get the luggage from the car to the bedrooms you had to go down a steep set of stairs. We ended up leaving our luggage on the main floor. Otherwise it was a great stay
