"私個人のアクシデントに対し惜しみなくご協力くださり、スタッフの温かいケアが有り難かったです また、ホテル外観と周囲の実った稲穂が融合した美しい景観、レセプション周辺の広くて明るい空間、地震で倒壊した家屋の瓦を使用した中庭のアート、温泉やサウナにも癒されました ただ、上階からドスンドスンという音が真夜中を含めて何度も聞こえた事と、紙管という材質ゆえに致し方ないとは思うのですが、特にイスが劣化により清潔感が無く感じられた点がとても残念でした"

"Absolutely over the top 3 day stay at this ryokan. We opted for meals inclusive and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food. The staff was amazingly attentive! Please consider a pickup at Shinjo station, we took a cab, there is a public bus but it was a two hour wait and we had luggage. Can arrange for luggage storage at Shinjo station? When train service is restored from Shinjo to semi onsen station perhaps that will be a viable option. Yumeminoyado will pick up at Semi onsen station with prior notice. Email communications with the hotel was responsive also, appreciated that! Overall a fantastic stay, highly recommend! "
