Situation on lakefront side of Frankton road ,only 5mins drive to the town center,close to supermarkets, eateries, airport and ski fields.
Easy accessibility to the Queenstown walking/bike track ( your own garden path leads you straight onto it!)
Both the living area and most bedrooms have lake views.

The view of the lake from the house is stunning, and the layout of the house worked well for two families. The house itself could do with a fresh coat of paint and a proper clean. But the location was great, and walkable distance to the marina or the town centre.Unfortunately the back room where our sons were staying smelt so badly of cigarette smoke when we arrived that we had to leave the balcony doors and windows open to air the room despite the cold.

We miss the views

Honestly I could have been quite content staying put in this holiday home with the beautiful fire and views of the wakatipu. The home has lots of room and was luxurious with most of the tiled floors heated and plenty of wood for the time that we were there.

Incredible Lake Views

Absolute lake front with incredible views! This is a large house with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. It was in a quiet cul de sac and with very quiet neighbours in the attached unit. It was a great place to be based, away from the main area of Queenstown.
