Excellent place to stay! Loved it. The check-in and checkout policy can be a bit more relaxed. Otherwise loved staying there. Comparable hotels were much discounted but I kept extending the stay given the convenience. Would definitely stay there again.

This was an absolutely lovely property. It had exactly what we needed which was a property with a kitchenette to cook for our son who has food allergies and a convenient location to get to Gare l’est to be able to travel to Disneyland. The staff members at the property were extremely friendly and helpful. I must make a special mention of Alexandre. He was a star. The rooms were also spotless and beds very comfy.

We loved our little apartment at Staycity only 5 minutes from Gare de l’Est. We upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment for the air conditioning and we definitely didn’t regret it. We had a fabulous time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We cooked on two evenings on the two ring electric hob. The kitchenette is well equipped and we managed breakfast and dinner easily. Supermarkets and a bakery are only a few minutes away. We would definitely recommend Staycity Gare de l’Est if you’d like a friendly, convenient place close to the station.

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious, nice/friendly staff. Near the train station so the neighborhood is somewhat sketchy especially at night so we always take Uber coming home at night but the location of the hotel is pretty quite as it is located in an alley. Overall we had a great stay.

The room size was better than expected and having a kitchenette was a win. The hotel itself was a good find and staff was friendly and ready to offer assistance. What we were not to happy with had nothing to do with the hotel itself. It was an error on our part in not researching the location of the hotel well enough. The hotel was located a few minutes from a metro station which was one of the reasons we chose it as we were able to hop on and go see all that Paris had to offer but the hotel is located in a rougher part of town where a family with younger kids would not be comfortable going out in the evening. The bistros and outdoor restaurants were non existent in this area so an evening dinner or walk would require a trip to a better location.

This place is nice. Tucked away but walking distance to several metro stations and so many restaurants. Mike was great and another staff too (I forget her name, she checked me in and I believe she was newer). Both super friendly and didn’t mind my next to no French. The only thing I’d say to prepare for is that if your room has a door to me connect, you’ll hear everything your neighbors are doing.
