You get what you pay for here. The best part was the low cost of this place. There is no food and beverages allowed in the pool area which is the ONLY thing the staff are concerned with. Not even a bottle of water. Only two of the six pieces of equipment worked in the gym. The closet door was coming off the wall along with all the bathroom selves. The pool was cleaned once during my 6 day stay. Since it was an affordable extended stay hotel, the clientele that it brings makes this a place I would not stay at again.

Every single person who I had contact with was so professional, helpful and supportive. They also didn’t rush me, which is one mistake that a lot of people in customer service make. They are all knowledgeable about helping customers, not frustrating them . It was my son Lucas birthday and he had a great time.
