Absolutely fantastic hotel, we couldn’t believe how good it was. Exactly like the photos. The hotel was built only in 2018 and the facilities are constantly kept in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. In a quiet part of town easily walkable into the main attractions and close to a bus and a tram stop, a perfect sanctuary to rest at night time. All of the staff are so kind and polite, especially Francois who looked after us very well at breakfast time. The hotel would be worth the price tag just for the comfortable rooms and location, but it has the added bonus of a free breakfast (with tons of choices and free mimosas), free luxury spa facilities and free home made lemonade and biscuits available at all times. We can’t recommend this hotel enough as a boutique stay perfect for adults wanting a luxury escape.

Nice large and clean room and very large bathroom was practical. Ac was incredible and with the heatwave it worked a dream. Location was great and walking distance to all main sites. Beautiful lobby on entrance. Rooms looked bare like they needed some pictures on the wall - made it look commercial. We did not opt for breakfast as lots of options in Florence. Staff were a little hit and miss- most seem to be very friendly over all but some felt like they did not want to be there - lady at concierge was lovely and attentive. I want to say a special thanks to the luggage attendant who was very welcoming and helpful I believe his name was Claudio.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.

I particularly love the authenticity of the building being hundreds of hundreds of years old and yet well cut, beautiful staff beautiful spa only lacking in the dining aspect but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend but recommend going out for dinner.

Great location for our purposes and centrally located. Breakfast was good and the room was quiet.
