I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. "The staff were absolutely wonderful! One of them even walked me to a restaurant 3 blocks away. Another get a tool to help fix by walking stick. The people in breakfast area were very accomodating. I was VERY pleased with their service. I only wish I had better view of harbour but all the rest was very good. (The room was smaller than it looked in the pic)."
