We were lucky to be upgraded to an awesome suite with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and people were very nice and helpful. We had such a great stay!
It is an amazing hotel and staff couldn't be nicer. Unfortunately there is a renovation going on and when we came back in the afternoon it was a sledgehammer going and it was so noisy you couldn't nap or read a book. The staff was very helpful and gave us a new room that was much quieter. They also very kindly let us do a late check out at 2pm the day we were leaving. A beautiful hotel in a great location but might have some noise hick-ups due to renovation at the moment.
We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Service delivery was prompt and efficient at all levels
Fantastic service at this Mandarin Oriental property. Conveniently located to so many sights, walkable or a very short drive, and right next to public transport.
Mandarin is such an iconic hotel in Central, Hong Kong. It continues to provide superior service by all the staff during my stay. The rooms and facilities need renovation; however, I still appreciate the elegant and noetalgic vibe.
Location is very convenient.
Hope the harbor view will stay since there is a big construction going on near the shoreline. Not sure if the height of the new construction will block the view. Hope not!
Great location!!!!!!The staff are incredibly friendly, and the property is absolutely beautiful. I totally recommend it. The only downside is that on Sundays, there can be a crowd of people camping outside on the street, which might be a bit of a culture shock for some
Great stay at the Mandarin. Wonderful harbour view room which had everything you could wish for. Service was excellent and great location for visiting the island and Kowloon.
It was a great stay. You felt warmly welcome from the first second. Rarely felt such a friendly and nice atmosphere in a hotel. And the service was extraordinary Thank you for a great stay. We look forward to seeing you again
The Mandarin Oriental is in a league of its own. I had a great experience during my stay and felt well taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond and having access to the spa was a huge perk as I worked through my jet lag by swimming laps in the morning. Highly recommend!
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the property. We absolutely loved our room, the view and all the extras. Most of all; however, it was the staff that we met (concierge, wait staff, tour guide, etc.) who made our stay phenomenal. We would love to go back as soon as possible! Thank you for everything!
