"Selected this hotel because it is near to the airport and connected to a mall. But navigating in and out of the hotel was troublesome. You will need to take a designated lift from the mall at level 3 to the reception floor at level 9. From there, you take another lift nearby to the hotel room.  You go through the some routine when you are going out. A relatively new hotel but wifi connection is unstable.  The TV got stalled every now and then.  The first remote controller provided was cracked at one side.  I suspect the previous user was so fed up with it that he threw it against the wall. The engineer attended twame sent me a replacement. But the second one is not exactly better.  It can't be qualified as a remote controller as you need to bring it close up to the TV before it can works for you. The flushing button is very hard.  Wonder if it is to control the amount of water use.  Because of that, i always have to flush a few times so ended up wasting more water. The aircon was controlled at a relatively higher temperature.   It seems fine with me but it seems not working at around 5am.  I always woke up around 6am and find the room got a bit stuffy. "

"Breakfast was nice, However the pricing is crazy expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The Dinner buffet was nice however again the price is over the top and there are no other options to buy reasonably priced food in the area. We are a family of five with 2 adults and 3 young children. We paid just over $800 for breakfast and dinner for one day. "
