"Great location if you’re going to Climate Pledge Arena. The check in staff were amazing room was clean but a bit dated. Overall a great stay. If you need parking make sure your there early it fills up and the spots are super tight"

"2 things: 1) Instead of staircase, maybe a ramp for guests to roll their luggages to the elevators would be very helpful, especially for seniors. 2) Extra concierge staff, instead of one, would help guests not feel imposing on her/him while waiting for their turn to have questions answered."

"The location is great. Lobby area is small but cute. The room was very average and looked very dated. There was a blood spladder on the ceiling and the grout on the bathroom floor was dirty. The shower water backed up while showered but did let the front desk know and they fixed the problem. "

"Place is OK but the Internet is unreasonably slow and unstable, and when I asked the front desk for help they just sent me to deal with the Internet provide directly, which I I don’t think indicating good service. The gym is just ok but really basic. If you are going to for a business trip I’d look for a different place."
