This spacious and bright apartment can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and also a sofa bed in the living room.

The unit has a cosy terrace overlooking the pedestrian street of La Hoya. In the living room there is a 50" Smart TV with access to Netflix, HBO and other channels.

For people with reduced mobility, and for the convenience of our guests, La Hoya 29 has a lift and an entrance ramp. Likewise, the entire street leading outside, as well as the seafront promenade, have ramps all along the way to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stroll.
Our apartment is located in the area of San Telmo, in the second line of the sea, a few steps from the promenade which is just in front of the small beach and its natural pools, and very close to the "Lago Martiánez", the famous salt water swimming pools of Puerto de la Cruz, designed by the well-known artist César Manrique. In the surrounding area there is a wide range of bars, restaurants and several supermarkets, as well as shops of all kinds. An ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this part of the city.
About 200 metres away there is a covered car park, and a little further on (right next to the fishing pier) there is an esplanade where you can park for free. From the Tenerife Norte Airport, travel time is around 30 minutes by car.
