This condo features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with 2 smart tv. In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed, allowing us to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

Guests will have access to the pool area, a shared space with one end designated for smokers. The pool area is very private and secluded. There is also a rooftop area with spectacular city views.

Additionally, guests can enjoy all the attractions that Puerto Aventuras has to offer, including dolphin views, 2 private beaches, a lagoon, restaurants, a marina, a playground, a central park, and a golf course.

For your convenience, we can assist you in booking any type of transportation from the airport to the accommodation and back again. We offer car rentals (to avoid long waits at the airport) and golf carts to make your experience even better.

House Rules:
*Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
*No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in a $300 USD fine.
*No parties or events are allowed, illegal activities are prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM. Please be respectful to the neighbors.
*No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Tents or other structures cannot be set up on the property grounds.
-Guests agree to cover any charges related to damages that occur during their stay or cover additional cleaning charges if necessary after their stay.
*Guests may be asked to provide government identification on the day of check-in or during their stay.
*Please refrain from moving furniture.
