"They provided a pod coffee machine.. no plug where it was set had to put it in the bathroom. Ive stayed in cheaper places, but we had a working microwave n mini fridge. This had none. It's $20 extra . I got a busted micro n mini fridge missing the freezer door. The walls have no sound barrier so what they listened to you did too. Doors to room are faded n gross. No proper available outlets.. lights between beds are old school.. standing lamp is ugly. Like the cheap lamp at Walmart. Could hear ppl talking on both sides of our room. Arguing n high voices.. ugh"

"The pool was closed with no notification prior to our arrival. Over priced hotel and amenities. Not at all satisfied with our stay!"

"Everyone was so nice, so modern in the lobby and room. Very clean. Hung out in the lobby after our hikes and the breakfast in the morning was great. Definitely recommend to stay here and would stay here again in the future. Also, the best location to get to everywhere you’d want to go. "

"It was very expensive for the property itself. An okay experience and hotel but priced like a 5 star resort. Disappointed but it’s hard to find anything in Sedona honestly. Don’t expect luxury as the hotel is dated and looks like an “updated”older property . "
