「I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. The room itself was just okay—basic but functional. However, it didn’t feel very clean. There was an awful smell in the room that never went away. There were visible marks on the walls, a stale smell, and the bathroom could definitely use a more thorough scrubbing.

The communication and the welcome to the lovely property, from Sandra, was exceptional. 「Ficamos três dias e ocorreu tudo bem e tranquilo, o hotel é grande, espaçoso e está muito bem localizado dentro das muralhas de Almeida, com fácil acesso e muitas vagas para estacionar o veículo em frente ao hotel.
