I had a hairpin city view room with two large double beds to celebrate a birthday with a friend and they provided the highest level floor room and a complimentary cake. Superb staff and housekeeping that went above and beyond to accommodate any needs. Central location- 4 minute walk from the casino and also sea front. Beach was also a close walk and great amenities like steam and sauna. Would love to stay here again!"

"Loved the Topkapi theme all over the resort which traditional Turkish palace vibe. Pools were super clean and well maintained. Some areas of the resort shows wear and tear including pool slides, RINO club and the pathways but nothing extreme. Food variety and quality was exceptional and the service from each and every staff member. We need an extra bedsheet at 2am and we called room service. It was delivered within minutes. Awesome!! Staff familiarity with English language can be improved and the kids shows were in Turkish and Russian language which excluded a number of other kids. Abdullah at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming when we checked in. He gave us the room upgrade which enhanced our stay exponentially. Wife used Hammam service. Masseuse was great but disappointingly water was cold. I wish rooms were sound proof. With family it was very disturbing due to late night concerts. Overall, great memorable experience."

"Incredibly satisfied with our stay at Urban Hive. Isabella at the front desk was so amazing, so accommodating, helpful, and just a wonderful person. The location was great, a couple blocks from Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, San Miguel market, and other major sites. The room was super clean and well equipped. Our balcony view was beautiful. Did not use the downstairs bar/restaurant but it looked very cool. Would definitely stay again if back in Madrid."
