「This hotel was so incredibly clean and the staff was amazing. And it was quiet. Our bath fan had a few issues though. For the price, everything was perfectly reasonable.」

「When we arrived at 3:20, our room wasn't ready. Check in 3:00. Got a different room. Toilet leaked, a couple other minor items not working. Went to complimentary breakfast going 7 am to 10. Got there at 9:00 am, no hot food. Ask several times when food would be ready, they were thawing out eggs. Put at at 10 am when everyone was leaving. Pass a guy as we were leaving. He had bags of McDonald's for his family.」

「The first thing I would point out about this property is that it is not pet-friendly, regardless of what is listed on the website. It is however dog, but not cat-friendly, which led to a problem when we tried to check in with my partner's service cat. We ended up speaking with the manager, who finally allowed us to check in. However, he downgraded our room, as there are apparently only certain rooms that are pet-friendly at the hotel, and neither he nor the booking agency were able to...
