「A man with a sawzal I think drilling into door jams and cutting new holes in the doors went on for the 2.5 hours we were there. TV and WiFi were both out of service. We went to the front desk to say we were leaving and wanted a refund. The girl would not provide the last name of her manager who was not there. She said we would have to call in the morning.
