For a smaller town the motel was a good option. Staff was friendly, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were good as well. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options. Another nice feature was that there was a Walmart, an Aldi and gas stations very close by.

I sometimes hesitate with staying at an older hotel chain that has been updated, based on some disappointing experiences. I won’t hesitate to book a room here in the future. The new owners of this Quality Inn have done an excellent job with the updating and maintenance.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We really enjoyed the continental breakfast and the pool. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we had stayed at this hotel previously and the property seemed to be less well cared for than a year ago. Our room was not well cleaned. There were crumbs under the mattress, greasy feeling grime on the bedside table, grease stains on one comforter. My husband also found a sock behind the couch that wasn’t ours, and my toddlers socks became filthy after running around barefoot in the room.

Disliked: Amenities
Bed was comfortable enough. Not really ANY amenities in the room except for shampoo & conditioner (multi-use) on the wall in the bathroom. This hotel is in a pretty small town, so rooms were plentiful. I was not really impressed with the complimentary breakfast, but the coffee was surprisingly good.
