気になった点 : 設備とサービス
This is clearly a very small operation, only saw two people actually working there. Nobody was at the front desk at any point when we walked up and we were disappointed to find several of our friends called to reserve a room and were unable to reach anyone. If you don’t answer your phone, you’re not gonna get much business.
The room itself was relatively clean, although grossly outdated. We found our toilet leaked every time you flushed it. The showerhead, appeared old and broken as water sprayed out more from the pipe’s connection than the shower head itself.
They also claimed the TVs did not work because the cable was out and it was being worked on . The business next-door to them used the same cable service with no problem, so for two days we got used to watching shows on our phones and being grateful that at least the electrical outlets worked for our charging stations. And if you’re checking out the picture (on the Expedia page) of the pool, it’s slightly inaccurate because it lacks water.. so it’s somewhat misleading. The fridge and microwave worked and were clean as well as a clean bed and linens, they were pretty worn mattresses. If you’re looking for an inexpensive room for the night and don’t need many amenities, this would be the place to go. There is no complementary breakfast of any sort so we decided to hit the quick trip for coffee and donuts.
Overall, three stars seems generous based on other hotels in town.
