「Front desk staff were friendly, and informative. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a lovely, forest view from our second story balcony. The pool was huge, not super clean, but we enjoyed the swim anyway. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed due to a part that needed replacement. Breakfast was just ok. 「This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. When I checked in, the woman at the desk told me I was in the second building like I was being sent to the dungeon by the way she said it. I asked if it there was a problem with it and she realized how it came off and assured me it was fine, even preferred, just that I'd have to come to the main building for breakfasts.
