"The staff were lovely and very friendly. The location was good being only a 10 minute walk from Gunwarf Quayes. The pool is a great leisure facility. We stayed for 1 night in room 113. The room was clean and spacious however a couple of things were not fit for purpose and needed replacing. The mattress on the right hand side of the bed had a big dip in it and was like sleeping in a hammock - very uncomfortable. There were also crunchy brown bits in the kettle which (despite rinsing them out)...
