"This is our second time at The Grayson because we loved the first one so much! Unfortunately, the outside pool was under construction (and we had no idea) and we ended having to spend our days at different hotels/beach clubs, which was a little annoying. Overall still a very good experience. Can’t wait to go back next year!"

"Bed was hard as a rock. Overnight parking is too expensive. Most of the valets are rude and don’t help with bags. Nice little pool scene with a good mix of people and views. Can get loud and raunchy on the weekends. I feel it’s a decent price and you can get a pretty decent room with a good view of the bay. I rated this hotel higher for the years we been coming here but wife and I are approaching 40 and we have experienced more establishments to compare this to. Not sure if we will return next go around. "

"I was very pleased with the state of the property. Cleanliness was paramount throughout the property. The room size was as expected, very compact, but it wasn't an issue for the 2 of us for 1 night pre-cruise. Location was within walking distance of the attractions of Bayside, All in all, it was a great stay"

"It was terrible from beginning to end starting in the parking garage. Nobody sent me an email in regards to how to use the elevators or where the lobby was and nothing about paying to park. Do not recommend"

"The property showed its age. Breakfast was ultra processed corporate sludge. Nothing remotely healthy. How companies can double their prices and expect customers to return is beyond me. Next time direct to port. At least some of the cruise ships have figured out a their value proposition."

"We got a room upgrade during check in and room view was amazing. Service at the cafe and pool area was 5 starts. Plenty of options around the area to go out to eat and have fun."

"The pool closed to early and there isn’t a spa onsite but overall in a great location with be connected to the mall"
