"My wife and I hosted a family get together at this property for an early Thanksgiving. Our party consisted of 14 adults and five grandchildren ages seven months to age 12. Everything was clean and ready to go upon our arrival. Check-in is a breeze, and the hosts were super accommodating and easy to communicate with. This property well exceeded all of our expectations. There is more than enough room for everyone not to be underfoot, lots of activities for the kids and adults, and a kitchen that is overly stocked to prepare and serve any kind of meal you desire. The two dishwashers and refrigerators are a nice touch for large groups. The views from the decks are spectacular overlooking Table Rock Lake, and is a great place to sip your coffee and watch the sunrise if you’re an early riser. We spent a ton of time on the decks watching football, enjoying the views and the fire table. I highly recommend this property for family fun get together. "

"This place was perfect for our large group. The kitchen had two ovens and refrigerators, which was needed. We never felt cramped and the bedrooms were a great size as well. We would stay here again. "

"Everything was perfect. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable, we all slept so good even on our first night which is unusual. The lake and trees were breathtaking, we came the perfect time of the year. We had plenty of room for the whole family. I’m sure we will be coming back as this is one of our favorite places to stay that we have found."

"We love this house! The layout, amenities and views are all wonderful! It was our 2nd time staying here and house was as great as we remembered. It is fully stocked with crockpots and griddles, pots and pans, and measuring spoons and cups. The 2 fridges and ovens were so helpful for our group. Pantry space is a bit limited but could use empty cabinets. Host is good at communication as well. We had a couple of issues with noisy neighbors and propane smell and he was quick to respond. Thinking of making another reservation for next year, that is how much we love the house."

"Great facilities, was a little hard to find, just because it was dark and the address was a strip mall and there was new construction. The pool and pickleball lights were not on, probably could have seen it if they would have been on.But loved the location, the rooms, worked great for our family"

"I’d like to start by saying we are grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful home that fit all of my families needs. The check in process was very easy and Adam responded lighting fast to all of my messages. The homes layout was very convenient in the fact that every group that needed a room essentially had their own corner of the house. The noise didn’t travel much which was great for those with smaller kids/babies. All the kids in our group really enjoyed the arcade/billiard rooms, the movie theatre and especially the pool! The kitchen was very nice and spacious, even with 4-5 adults working to make dinner every night, it did not feel tight. I was also happy with the amount of dishes and appliances this property had to offer.We are very much ready to come back and stay at this property in the next year or two and make many more memories!"
