「We were excited to visit Branson, but was very disappointed with our room at the Best Western, the first room we were given was very wet and musty, we spoke with the daytime person on duty the next morning he was very helpful and moved us to a different room, and had a dehumidifier in the room for us, it made a difference for us, however still on the low end of what we had expected… Good breakfast, accommodating workout room…unless Best Western has some major upgrades in that facility, we...

「Very nice hotel…we have stayed there many times and will be back again.」

「Above average free breakfast and free shuttle to resort locations.Theming was great!」

「Loved the location!!! I will be returning. Very quiet hotel」

「To start with when we arrived we were put out in a back building. We did get clean towels every day but that was it by the time we left I could write my name in the dust. Breakfast was usual fare but no fresh fruit no pastries. The hotel was full but there was one two slice toaster that was very very slow so trying to get a piece of toast was almost impossible. Why can’t they figure out maybe 2 four slice toasters would be an easy fix. The hotel is in need of a serious update.」

「We loved the way the. Hotel was decorated. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was great.」

「Our only draw back a little tight bathroom door and stool. Workers very pleasantl , clean I stayed there before but was under another name. Will stay again.」

「Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The big tub was relaxing with plenty of warm water. The bed was comfortable. It was an added bonus to have the living room area.」

「We loved staying there. Many activities to entertain」
