「Fabulous location and felt very safe with gated parking lot and security guards in the parking lot most nights. 3 minute walk to the beach with beach towels and chairs in the condo for easy use. Condo was very clean and balcony was used every single day. Good Laundry facilities. Happy to have great pool area on windy days on the beach. Excellent place to stay. The condo only provides 4 rolls of toilet paper so remember to pick extra up to have available for a longer stay.」

「Although it’s upstairs I felt it was sturdy and not slippery. Had an iron/iron board, kitchen utensils and plates/cups. Toaster, air fryer crockpot. Tv in every room. Washer/dryer but will need to bring washing products. Lots of towels including 3 beach towels. Enough parking for 3 cars. Walk to beach within 4 mins. 」

「We decided to take a last minute trip to SPI and found this property on VRBO . We left Dallas late around 2 pm and were afraid of arriving at SPI late which we did 11 pm the 24 hour security station made it easy and convenient to check in on our own time. The condo was so big and spacious and nice . It was myself my husband our 3 kids and his parents and a nephew . We all plenty of room to sleep. The room we slept in didn’t have a remote for the roku but I downloaded the app and was able to use...
