5/5 - Excellent
Port Isabel never changes. Slow pace, so don't get in a hurry. The last time I was here was over 30yrs ago, the place looks the same except a few more shopping centers.

Owners and workers were very nice, quiet clean, close to every thing would stay again!

Hotel and room was clean and smelled good. Nice amenities. Staff were pleasant! Did not like the fact that big animals are allowed at the hotel. Other than that, no complaints.

It's less expense that the island.
It’s super close to the beach
Good small town with all needed close and lower rates than the island but still accessible for activities
The town itself was nice.
Port Isabel is a beautiful little bay town with some of the best Mexican restaurants in the state. Pirates Landing is awesome and we loved the pirate ship. The whole lighthouse square is great for a walk. Kid’s loved Davey Jones Ice Cream Locker.
