"Por dónde empezar? Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bienvenidas. En nuestro primer día, conocimos a David, Miguel, Anthony, Moha, y los dos Carlos. Instantáneamente nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos amigos de siempre. Todos fueron muy atentos y cariñosos. El hotel está hermoso pero lo que hace a ROC Illetas espectacular son los empleados. Con decir que hasta lloramos al despedirnos de todos nuestros nuevos amigos. No cabe duda que pronto regresaremos. "

"Lovely decor and super clean rooms with all you could need in them. Pool areas had plenty of loungers (was there out of season, 13th sept). Nice little shallow pool for kids too. Spa was lovely, with multiple temperatures and functions across several areas. Staff always so friendly across the whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with quality food, cocktails delicious by the pool and we had a delicious meal in one evening too. Would highly recommend as was only 10 mins to the airport too. And the bus very easy to get into Palma. Sadly the area around the hotel was too rowdy for us, not what we had expected at all, and the beach so crowded with stag and hen dos enjoying the german themed bars and food. "
