「A vrai dire je suis déçu parce que la piscine n'était pas ouverte et je l'ai appris en téléphonant la veille. J'ai demandé à avoir une remise du prix initial. 「Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Terrasse au soleil le matin, train à quelques pas pour visiter les environs. Je recommande ce logement.」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it.」

「Our 2nd year staying at this property. A lovely spacious well lit apartment with wonderful views of both the sea and mountains. The beach is 90 seconds away. Air conditioned, secure private parking space with key fob, two lifts to the fourth floor. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms. Double glazed for sound. Giovana manages the apartment on behalf of the owner and she is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. LouLou Pirate restaurant is 2km away on Cap Martin… a great treat but bring your larger wallet. ...

"部屋に入ってすぐ目に入った景色に感動しました。コーヒーやお茶だけでなく、コーラ、ジュースも冷蔵庫に冷やしてあり、サービスもGOOD！バスローブも柔らかくて肌触り良かったです。ヨーロッパのホテルは洗面他アメニティは無いので準備が必要です。ベッドも清潔で寝心地最高。チェクアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけたので、次の予定時間まで手ぶらで観光できました。施設は古めですが、全てにおいて満足でした。"

"この価格帯の宿泊施設で、スーツケースを部屋迄運んで頂けないのは初めてでした。日常的な挨拶も無い。私は英語圏での留学経験が長期間あり、言語の問題でスタッフの方々との意思疎通に支障があった訳ではないと考えますが、滞在中常に態度が横柄でした。お部屋は一定の清潔感は感じとれたのがせめてもの救いでした。"
