「This cute, little apartment has a great location for exploring Nice. Centrally located near shopping, the beach, mass transit, and the other amenities. It was a great place to stay.」

「The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations.」

「There are everything. I cooked about twice a day. We could use washing machine and microwave and oven. The laundry is also comfortable. It's spacious and beautiful. Karine and Sara are very kind! We had a lot of support. This area was good place, safe and convenient. When I was confused with riding on the train or bus, Nice people taught me gently! People's hearts and scenery were beautiful and I was very moved!」

Le garage fermé pour garer la voiture est un gros plus. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande chaudement.」

「Grosse Wohnung wie auf Bildern und im Text. Toller Meerblick.Wirklich alles da, was man braucht, Bad und Küche nicht mehr ganz neu. Was man wissen sollte, die Gegend hat sehr viel Verkehr und den hört man auf der Terasse und auch in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation vor Ort ist ausschließlich französisch, bzw mit Übersetzer App. Preis-Leistung super!」

「Appartement très agréable à vivre, très bien décoré et fonctionnel à tous égards. Le balcon terrasse offre un espace appréciable de détente et une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. L'arrêt des bus, très fréquents, pour Nice ou Monaco est au bas de la résidence. Mais on peut aussi rejoindre Nice à pied le long de la corniche en une petite heure. Très beau lieu et accueil efficace et agréable !」

「Good location for the beach, restaurant and supermarket. But there was small preparation of the toilet paper and tissue for four nights for four persons. Reception is not available for so that we need to wait until the cleaner come. 」
