「didn't like the outside entry people walking past our room at all hours. booked a shuttle to the port told to be in the lobby 10:15 for the 10:30 shuttle that didn't show up. now 11 am informed the front desk that said oh they are busy probably running a little behind it's cruise day. not good enough for me being that I booked through BW. they couldn't get through to dispatch told us if we were in a (hurry)? call an Uber.when the Uber arrived so did 2 empty cocoa beach shuttle buses looking for...

「Currently under construction and there dust from construction everywhere in lobby presenting a health risk. Loud saws running during day.」

「Great quaint Inn. Feels like going back in time. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Loved the two Macaws on the property. Great pool. Close to the beach. Very quiet hotel for those looking to get away for a relaxing vacation. Definitely recommend for couples or even a single person. We will be back!」

「Loved the pools. We had an issue with our hot water and they responded immediately. Wonderful customer service.」

「Bianca at the front desk was super nice and helpful!」
