Unit 1’s loft bed had visible bodily-fluid/food stains and hair; the main bed’s linens were thin. Bring your own bedding.Cleanliness – Bath towels felt used, so we re-washed them. "The grass was needing to be mowed. Renters need to park in their designated area. When there are three RVs on the property(A-C), the parking should also be designated. "

"We had a great stay at an ideal location. The RV was beautiful. clean and very spacious. The host was very responsive and provided awesome customer service. It is very close to the beach, bait stand, restaurants and stores, yet quiet and off the beaten path. It is great place for a nice getaway. Highly recommend renting at this RV park."
