「No where on the site did it let us know that to check in you had to drive into downtown Pompeii to another hotel to get the code We arrived at the villa at 4 but had been trying to reach the owner since 2 to advise we were on our way. It was 29 degrees and we had 2 kids in The hot car with no way to get into the rental or any instructions. 「I was moved to a different location, nearer the town centre, in Trecase.Near the shops and railway station Hosts were very helpful and kept in touch to see if I needed anything. Property was small, though big enough for me Only complaint was the noise from the traffic outside but that's to be expected on a busy street」
