We were first taken to the smaller room than booked and had to go back to reception. We were then given another family sized room but not as advertised. If fact the room booked apparently doesn’t exist. No load shedding protection, which wasn’t advertised but would have been helpful at the nightly rate. The room was clean and suitable. What really killed the stay was no working remotes, so no aircon. Further to that I was there with my 2 young children who were kept up long past midnight due to drunken revellers and no management asking them to respect others as is mentioned on their signage. We didn’t stay our second night or eat breakfast so can’t comment on that."
