「No service mind set at all price looks good when you look at website but tax and cleaning fee makes it more expensive than other hotel options. Beds hard and uncomfortable shover design makes bathroom floor all wet. Overall staff at reception rude and no service mind at all.i couldn’t enjoy my trip cos the bad feeling .」

「The washer and dryer worked well for me. Very spacious and I could comfortably work in the unit. On the other hand, the service was short of expectation. They did not refill or replace the shower gel or shampoo. I ran out of the gel. They removed the towel and I had to ask twice for a new set of towels.」

「The reception staff was helpful and made efforts to arrange for early check-in. The apartment is nice and modern. It is well-equipped. The location is close to the main train station and close to tram stops. Perhaps the management can re-look at the opening/closing of the shower glass door. It opens outwards and pushes the bath mat away; thus shower waters dripping wet on the floor. Perhaps the property can look at fitting a heating track in the bathroom. Overall, it's a nice place.」

「Very modern, large loft style rooms with small kitchenette, fridge and microwave dishwasher and induction stove. The location is 15 minutes walk to the old town. Great location. This is the third time I’ve stayed there and become my favorite. I recommend having a breakfast at green egg downstairs, there is also a lots of little restaurants in the building with live music on weekends. I highly recommend this place.」

「システムがわからなくて入り口を探すのに30分かかった。部屋番号と入り方をメール、してくれたようだが届いてなかった。 オフィスをさがすのもわかりにくい。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでよかった。 でも慣れてしまえば滞在中はとても快適だった。選択があるのは長期滞在にはとてもいい。近くにコンビニもあって便利。」

「Very roomy. 4 beds and 2 children beds. There is a kitchen, a laundry machine. Be aware that the front desk is at different place. So you need to visit the front once then move to the staying site. Conditions must be different depending on sites. 」

「We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food.」
