「Amazing!」

「The property is amazing nearby everywhere walkable. The only thing is that you can hear everything in the hallways besides that it’s great!」

「Great experience would return」

「Love this place.. super clean and convenient location.」

「Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.」

「The host that help us with the check in was the only positive point of our stay. To start, the real name of the location is not Ocean Breeze. The actual name is Condado Villas and the entrance is a the end of a street with no exist. It is actually a very outdated condo. Our room had a great view, however, we were not able to enjoy it because the AC outside unit blows the hot air into the balcony. The Kitchen was outdated and utensils dirty. I had to wash all the glasses before using them. The...

「We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!」

「The property is in good location because it's very close to Old San Juan. But the property itself needs to be taken care of. For starters, the carpet in the hallways needs a deep clean. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The a.c worked and the hot water was great. There were stains on a towel and on the rug/shawl that was on the bed. Also my bed had sand underneath comforter. The maintenance repairs have not been done properly. There are holes were electrical cables come out....

「The property is beautiful but there are many items that need attention there is NO hot water in the shower or the basin. I had to boil a kettle so my Husbund could shave the kitchen area is great but too many small things are missing the coffee in the urn in the morning is welcome but lacking in creamers. To make things worse the room we booked was not available to us and we had to take a smaller room even though we paid for the library suite. No mention of a refund for the inconvenience the...

「Front desk staff was helpful. I was unaware the power would be going out due to city maintenance being completed but Fortaleza may have assumed everyone knew. Air conditioning was nice room was kept cool.」
