The truth is, I don't recommend it after 11 at night because they sell you drinks, there are no activities to do in the afternoon, they tell you that the room service is 24 hours a day and it is very bad, call to order at night and they are very available For a few things I asked for a frozen lemonade and they told me that it couldn't be frozen and it also took 1 hour. The food on the buffet table didn't have much variety. In short, it is very clean, but if you are going to spend money, it is not the best option.

Very inconvenient having to switch rooms. If I booked I expect to stay in the same room during my stay. I would not go back based on the front desk, I said it was and inconvenience he replied it’s an inconvenience for us too…???!!!!Never again

Was ok. My husband and I took Our 9 year old twins for their first time out of the states. We stayed Wednesday through Saturday. There were a lot more kids at this resort than any of the others we’ve stayed at before. All of the bars and pools close at 10 so there’s not much to do after that if you’re looking for night life. Cons: We ate at the buffet for every meal except 1( room service). Even though I tried to make a reservation at the hibachi and seafood restaurants as soon as we arrived, there wasn’t anything available until after we left. At check in we were told to Talk to concierge if we ran into any problems with reservations. We tried that and were told “This is a member's resort so they get first choice.” We’ve always been able to get into reservation only restaurants at other resorts so I didn’t think much about it when reading the reviews for this property but it’s true. Expect to eat at the buffet for every meal if you aren’t a member. This is a cashless resort so if you purchase anything at the shop onsite, pictures, etc are charged to the room or pay with a card. They didn’t have many activities or shows other than a few trivia games and beach volleyball. There are certain adult beverages that are for members only and not included in the general all inclusive package. Pros: We had attentive waiters by the pool who brought food and drinks non-stop. The dinner buffet had theme nights hit (Asian, bbq) which were hit or miss for me but my husband liked it.

I like the villa we were in but the concierge as soon as we told him we were not interested in doing a time share presentation didn’t continue to show us the hotel or let us know any dinning options, we had to ask someone else were everything was! And the beach was horrible full of seaweed didn’t get to get in it at all!

The worst experience from all inclusive hotels what we visited Food quality at the only buffet in the resort is bad, and running out really fast . Impossible to make appointments to any of 2 restaurants in the resort , they tell you that members have the priority , and only after that all inclusive customers . Looks like they get your money upfront and not interested in all inclusive customers anymore. Beach impassible to use because of stones and tree roots . If you want to have a nice and peaceful vacation then try to avoid this resort. For that price you can get a lot better.

Beautiful resort, wonderful staff, and very relaxing. We loved our suite, made friends with almost ever staff memeber, ate so much great food, and fell asleep about 9000 times under a beach front cabana. What more can I say.!!
