My reservation was made last minute so I didnt notice anything about bed comfort. The beds were rock hard! The room, pools, and area was beautiful. The location is secluted, not in walking distance to anything so, they have a shuttle to the near by shopping areas. Definitely see if they have bed upgrades, unless you like sleeping on a board.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. Only problem was the bidet was not working but other than that perfect place and awesome rooms with a view!

We enjoyed our staff but when we booked the room it was at full capacity whether was inclement . We had the family room and wanted our kids to be able to enjoy the pool unfortunately it was closed . We were hoping to use the pool at a latter time to enjoy the full experience especially since we spent nearly $500 on a room but we were offered any incentive for the pool Closure

Shops nearby is a plus.
