"Eileen, hope I spelled that correctly. Was great to deal with as well as Dina. Very attentive, though we had no issues. Residence was clean and well maintained, everything that was promised. Second time staying here this year, hoping we have a reason to return in 2026!"

"The staff were really good. The room has 3 bedrooms. It was very spacious. It's adequately clean. Wish the beddings were better.
There were few black ants, but I guess that goes with an older building.
My one complaint is that the balconies were not really clean. The table and chairs were really dirty. Maybe housekeeping forgot to clean them but it seems like they were dirty for a while.
Otherwise, it's really good and it's great for a group; 3 couples or 6 people.

"Very nice front desk staff. Some of the appliances in the hotel room were incredibly outdated, but you could tell they were slowly modernizing them. The A/C worked well enough, not super cold but still comfortable. Really nice partial ocean view, and having a washer/dryer in the hotel room itself was beyond convenient. Quiet and clean, would stay here again!"
