It has been tastefully decorated in an uncluttered fashion and everything was in working order. The mattress was very comfortable with a great, warm comforter. So minor, but we did find that there were clean dishes left in the dishwasher (probably from the prior guest), which wasn't a big deal.」

「You can’t beat the location, close to the pier and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Very relaxing to start and end the day on the patio. And having a spot in the garage was a huge bonus as parking was jammed in the nearby neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Pismo Beach. 10/10!! 」

「This is a great property just a few blocks from Avila Beach. They had a lot of nice amenities. The parking area is really small so it might be tricky for larger cars. The owners arrived at the property promptly at 11am, I assume to clean for the next guests so be prepared to check out on time!」
