"Great location to downtown Fairbanks and pickup for tours. Restaurant breakfast buffet is not good for price. Its more of a limited continental breakfast. Gift shop was closed so no access to needed amenities. Rooms are older and it shows - carpet, showers, heating/air, tv channels. The restaurant/bar staff is amazing, we ate most meals there because were appreciated them so much. The other hotel guests are mixed clientele so it can be loud and chaotic even if in your own room. We didn't sleep well at any point. "

"The host was very responsive. The washer and dryer were very helpful even though the dryer didn't work until I pulled it away from the wall. The heated garage was appreciated. The garage door was finicky. We had to reset it to get it to close. Overall it was a great trip. Any issues were minor"

"This house was perfect for our team, spacious and everyone had their own comfortable bed. House was very clean including bathrooms and the kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Great location as well - only 10 minutes from just about anywhere in town. "
