"The proprietors were charming folks and resident Alaskans. They provided a wonderful breakfast, taking into account our dietary preferences. They also were interesting in that they housed firefighters who had been working to control wildfires threatening some of Alaska's beautiful natural areas."
"Property was centrally located in the downtown area of Fairbanks, restaurants were walkable. Hotel was clean. AC didn’t work as well as we would have wanted but who would have thought you would need ac in Alaska. Didn’t realize the homeless population was that bad, but they did a good job of keeping them out of the hotel. "
"We stayed here for one night and was happy that there was adequate food available in the hotel store since all the restaurants nearby were closed when we arrived."

"We loved staying here while visiting Fairbanks. Hosts were wonderful and the unit was stocked with everything we could need- they even provided an air purifier which helped during the wildfires. Definitely would stay here again."
"It was beautifully remodeled. Lots of nice details in every room. thank you for the coffee and snacks! We have a couple of things to share: while the rooms and counters were clean and neat, the refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Provide a sponge or scrubby for the kitchen so we can easily clean dishes as requested. A couple of hooks to hang wet towels in bedrooms would be helpful. Also one black washcloth for those of us that wear makeup. The tub drain is slow moving, needs to be snaked. The upstairs residents wake at 3am and walk around constantly after that, it woke all 4 of us each morning. Wishing you much success with your rental property."

"Great communication and super easy check in process. The location was great and we were even able to walk to the Midnight Sun baseball game. The rental itself looked brand new, obviously full of updates, we will definitely stay here again when coming to Fairbanks. Thank you!"
