"I don't know where to start. There is virtually no parking for the hotel besides a cramped alleyway in which they tell you to ignore the do not park signs. The staff at night are very rude and could not provide any details about the cost of parking. Three trips from the elevator to the front desk we finally got a card to our room which worked. The room had a decent appearance except for the cockroaches and unfinished bathroom (door from missing showerhead not completely attached). "

My 9 year old son had a soccer tournament in Newark, with an 8am game on Saturday morning. Wanted to grab him the buffett breakfast before leaving at 7. I was not planning on eating (need to eat with medication around 9), they wouldn’t let me even help him scoop his food if I didn’t pay. We were one of the first ones there, plenty of space. I wasn’t going to pay $20 just to sit at a table with him, so he sat alone to eat breakfast. Terrible service. "
