「We drove from the airport. Did not know that GPS does not help in Old Town. Too often went the wrong way down one-way street and had to back out. Drove around and around trying to find the hotel. It’s down an alley with no sign on the little tiny street. Luckily, I inquired in advance about a parking lot. Without that name, we might still be driving around! 「Extremely friendly, helpful and processional staff. Great location. Although in an older area typical of Naples, nevertheless the suite is very clean and spacious with sufficient amenities, and with our 4-person suite and lobby uniquely decorated with wooden antiquities of the recent past. Not to mention we’ve enjoyed a great breakfast sitting on the balcony overlooking a beautiful garden that has a huge turtle. It’s been a unique and interesting experience. Would come back again.」

「This is a nice and unique place to stay and the team was excellent at keeping in touch. They even facilitated early check in which was most appreciated. I would stay here again however you should be prepared for how busy Naples is!」

「Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack. Probably would not have found it on my own; thankful for the arranged taxi service from the airport! Stayed 3 nights before a cruise & was great! Would definitely stay again if I return to Naples.
