Guests enjoy community hiking trails and pools just a short walk from the home, as well as access to public resort amenities nearby. Golf, spa services, and on-site dining at The Boulders—including Palo Verde, The Grill, Bogey's, and The Spotted Donkey—are open to the public and available by reservation.
Guests staying 30 days or longer may purchase temporary Boulders Club access directly through the Club Administrative Office. This optional program includes use of the resort pools, fitness center, and daily fitness classes, as well as access to the tennis and pickleball courts (complimentary use, based on availability), The Spa at The Boulders, and a 10% discount on golf green fees. Registration and fees are handled directly through The Boulders Club. Please note that this program provides access only and does not include charging privileges or member discounts. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
