Great peaceful location. Horses next property add to peace and tranquility Casita had everything we needed. Heated pool is for real-no solar heated pool. Definitely would stay here again!! One caveat: we flew in from midwest and requested early check-in. They charge 100 dollars per hour for hours prior to 4 PM

Amazing place

This is a lovely place. We enjoyed our stay in the Cabin Casita. It is quiet, has all the amenities of home and so much to do in the area! The pool is beautiful and the water warm despite having some chilly nights. Bonus having the horses right next door to enjoy. We will be back!

Parson’s Casita stay

Perfect location. Beautiful casita’s. Professional and kind hosts. Better than advertised! No need to stay anywhere else when visiting the Phoenix area. We used the home as central point for a golf/hiking vacation. The pictures on the VRBO site don’t tell a good enough story! The casita was clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. Host was easy to communicate with. Pool and spa were beautiful. We will be back next year. 5 star experience.

Warm, quite and comfortable!

This was a very beautiful place to stay! It had everything we needed, including a blender that worked awesome for morning smoothies. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of space in the armoire to unpack your bags for the week. It was nice and roomy yet cozy! It was fun to see the horses across the way and enjoy the humming birds buzzing by. It was nice to have the grill option. The grounds were awesome and very well kept. The pool and hot tub were important things to us coming from Minnesota. All we had to do is give them about 40 minutes notice and the hot tub got nice and toasty! We were very happy with our stay. When you arrive, they have a great book with everything you need to know about the place that was very helpful! Also they had coffee and creamer, lots of nice touches!! Thank you so very much!

The property is located in North Scottsdale, a lovely location, convenient to the Troon North area of Scottsdale. We were here for personal reasons and found the accommodations comfortable and cozy. The owners were very helpful to any of our needs. Highly recommend!

Cabin Experience

I loved everything about the cabin! It was such a cozy and beautiful place! Calm and relaxing! The only hiccup was that my last day there it was my 44th bday and I was celebrating and having some drinks at the pool with my boyfriend and 3 friends, it was about 8 pm. The owner came out and said: “this is not “party central, who are these people and told me the celebration had to end.” I brought my friends in the cabin and continued listening to music and they made sure I enjoyed my bday and sang happy bday and left an hr later. I think that for the amount of money that was paid, the owner should not have came out and disrupted our good time! There is a camera at the pool anyway and we were not being disruptive! I really felt like I was a child being scolded by a parent. That was truly embarrassing! I guess this is better for older folks that just want to be completely quiet and silent the whole stay..

Look no further!

This is your place If you are looking for a gated private rental with an "Arizona feel" and beautiful views of the desert decorated with sugaro cactus. Perfect size for 2 in an upscale neighborhood of large horse properties. At first I was concerned that our unit would smell "horsey" but it does not! Rural feel yet easy access to shopping, restaurants and golf. We are a regular visitor to this area of AZ and will stop looking for other places to stay if this cabin casita is available.

Loved it!!

We absolutely loved our time.. this was an area of Phoenix that was unknown to us. From the fabulous restaurants, to the ease in shopping, to the close proximity to hiking trails , we found the area perfect for what we wanted. The property was immaculate, gorgeous setting with a fantastic pool area. We highly recommend this property. Would we come back… absolutely!

Hot tub. Pool. Clean and cozy cabin feel accommodations. Conscientious host. Mostly convenient location but easy drive north or south as it is located on north end of Scottsdale closer to Carefree and Cave Creek. Lots of lovely trails nearby. Recommend.

Peaceful Oasis amongst horse ranches

The location is set in the midst of many horse ranches. We enjoyed walking along the quiet road seeing the horses. The pool and hot tub were the perfect way to relax after hiking. The McDowell Sonoran Preserve trails were close by and easy to access. These trails are well marked and in great condition.

Property was good and beautiful. Further from everything than we wanted although peace and quiet was nice. Only complaint was that we were charged an extra fee each day to heat the pool to 85deg. This didn’t happen. Pool was too cold to enjoy. Felt like we should have that money refunded

Very Nice Scottsdale Casita

The Casita exactly matched the photos online. The Casita was spacious and very clean. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and the towels plush and soft. Nice shower with ample water pressure. The location was perfect for our golf vacation central to the courses we wanted to play. We had a little trouble managing the stove top. The fan vented back into the kitchen and it would get a little smoky. We have a gas range so it may have been our unfamiliarity with using electric, We cooked all of our dinners in the kitchen that was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this property. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful sunsets.
