"VERY misleading!! My family and I traveled from MS for the HBCU Swingman Classic game. Along with me was my 6 year old daughter. My god sis and I are both army vets and have been in some pretty tough spaces. This place was compared to one of those tough places. First sight of the neighborhood automatically made us very fearful, nervous, and full of anxiety. I must add that the actual address and location of the house was not provided until payment was complete. A roach greeted us at the door....

"This property is very convenient to concerts at TD at the Mann center. The space was comfortable, and quiet, but it would be a plus if coffee was available for the morning . If you are going to visit the zoo or concert venue, I highly recommend the close proximity. 4 stars ⭐️"
